Get To Know Your Attorney
Brett M. Rosen focuses his civil practice on personal injury cases. He works with clients dealing with car and truck accidents, unsafe property conditions, dog bites, motorcycle crashes, brain injuries, construction accidents, and wrongful death claims.
That kind of focus matters when you want a lawyer who understands how injury cases are built from the beginning, from documenting what happened to dealing with insurers and preparing the matter for litigation if needed.
Brett is licensed in New Jersey and New York and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. Although that certification comes from criminal trial work, it speaks to serious courtroom experience, disciplined preparation, and comfort handling contested cases.
He earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island. He also completed a Continuing Education Program in the Philosophy of Law at Princeton University.
